Message I made an appointment to have my Z Tuned last week.

I spoke with the tuner @ P Tuning ( Toan ) for a few weeks on options I could have done on my Z. I decide to go with AEM EMS stand alone. I looked around and CZP ( Coz ) had the best deal on it, so I ordered it from him with a New set of #7 heat range NGK's. I decide to go Speed density and bought the AEM sensor from IPP ( Kyle - Had an issue with it not shipping from AEM and he had them over night if for me. BIG THANKS!!! ). I wired it up and had Everything together the way the tuner asked me to do.
I trailered my Z to the shop. After a few hours the tuner came to me and said the car was ready but he was having an issue with the timing. He said he needed to install the AEM CAS disc. I was a little heated to the fact that I could have do it, but there were NO installation instructions in the box and the Tuner never mentioned anything about it. Not that he should have known the issue would have come up, but he did say that he hasn't done a lot with the VG30DETT's and didn't know it would be an issue.
The shop Manager Mike ( VERY NICE Man ) told me it would be a 2 hr job. The guy who was helping the Tuner ( Justin ) said he would be able to do it and they wouldn't have to take the car off the dyno. I asked if I could do it and they said yes. They would push my Z out of the shop and down to my Truck. There would be an additional charge for unhooking the car from the dyno if I was to do the work. I asked why? That's there policy. Shitty to say the least. A catch 22 if you ask me. $250 to pull it off the dyno (witch I had to pay upfront) and hook it back up OR pay the $200 and keep the process moving along? I told them to do it and BE CAREFUL!! I had Justin install the disc and an hour later they had the car running again.
Now it's getting close to closing. They said they would like to keep the car to finish tuning on Monday and get a cold start tune First thing Monday morning.

I got a call at 9:15 monday from the tuner. #1 injector stopped working. I bought them New in Aug of 2010. They told me they can pull them and a quote of 16 hrs for the work is what the book quotes for this job and they would have it done by Friday. I was NOT a happy camper and told them I wasn't going to pay them for something I can do Fast and A Hole Lot cheaper!!

So I'm on my way to pick my Z up, bring it home and start to pull my rail apart. My winter build consist of New GT28's, CZP 2" IC pipes, Rebuilt rack w/ all new bushings, tie rod ends and boots, SRT-8 BBK w/Akes 370 Cross/Slotted rotors, Rob's 54mm TB's, New Walbro 255 and filter and Devils Own Stage 2 meth kit.
As you can see, I've drop some Money this winter and was HOPING for a GOOD tune to tweek the kinks out. Now this!! I hope I can get all of this taken care of and still have the rest of the summer to enjoy my Z build.

I've read a few times on here about others having this problem. I think I'll send my old ones out to Deatchwerks and have them test and replace them.

Group question- Would it be best to Replace all of them and go with a NEW set of Nismo's and sell the Deatchwerks?

Im SO Pissed I can't even stand it!!

Your Opinion on this would help.
Thanks
